We want to ensure that your investment in a Valinirt safe is protected. That's why we offer a 2-year full warranty on all products purchased through our official website.

2-Year Full Warranty

All Valinirt safes come with a 2-year full warranty from the date of purchase. If you experience any defects in materials, workmanship, or functionality within this period, we will offer a free replacement.

To initiate the warranty process, simply provide your proof of purchase (order receipt or confirmation).

Lifetime After-Fire Replacement Guarantee (For Fireproof Models)

For safes that are specifically fireproof, we offer a Lifetime After-Fire Replacement guarantee. If your fireproof safe is damaged by fire while still in your possession (as the original owner), we will replace the safe free of charge, provided you present your proof of purchase and any relevant fire damage documentation.

Note: This After-Fire Replacement Guarantee only applies to our fireproof models. For non-fireproof safes, standard warranty conditions apply.
