We want to ensure that your investment in a VALINIRT safe is protected. That’s why we offer a 2-Year Full Warranty on all products purchased through our official website, along with a Lifetime After-Fire Replacement Guarantee for all VALINIRT safes.

2-Year Full Warranty

All VALINIRT safes come with a 2-year full warranty from the date of purchase.

If you experience any defects in materials, workmanship, or functionality within this period, we will offer a free replacement after verification.

To initiate the warranty process, please provide your proof of purchase, such as your order receipt or order confirmation.

Lifetime After-Fire Replacement Guarantee

If your VALINIRT safe is damaged by fire while in your possession as the original owner, we will replace the safe free of charge after verification.

To file an after-fire replacement claim, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase from our official website
  • Photos of the fire-damaged safe
  • Relevant fire damage documentation, if available
  • Your order number and contact information

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement safe. Please note that the replacement model may depend on current product availability. If the original model is unavailable, VALINIRT may provide a comparable replacement model.

This guarantee applies to fire-related damage to the safe itself. It does not cover the contents stored inside the safe, loss of valuables, misuse, intentional damage, unauthorized modifications, or damage unrelated to fire.

Shipping coverage, replacement model availability, and verification requirements may vary depending on the situation.

Important Notes

  • The Lifetime After-Fire Replacement Guarantee now applies to all VALINIRT safes, not only fireproof models.
  • Standard warranty conditions continue to apply for defects unrelated to fire.
