We offer Free Shipping on all products to the 48 Continental United States (remote areas excluded).
Orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse using reliable carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Note: During promotional periods such as Halloween, Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year, order processing may take an additional 2–3 business days, and delivery may extend by 3–7 business days.

All orders are shipped with tracking information provided once your package leaves our warehouse.
Lightweight items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Larger items are delivered via standard ground carriers.

Delivery Guidelines

All orders are delivered to your door — no curbside or freight coordination required.

For smooth delivery:

Confirm that the received item matches your order (model, color, and condition).
Report any visible damage to the delivery carrier before signing for the package.

Damages
