Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your safe must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, uninstalled, unmounted, with all original packaging and accessories included. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Before returning, please send us clear images of the safe and packaging to confirm that it remains undamaged and in its original condition.

If your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the safe arrives with visible damage, defects in the lock system, electronic malfunction, or if you received the wrong model or color, please report it to us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Failure to report the issue in a timely manner may limit our ability to process replacements or refunds.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

– Safes that have been installed, bolted down, mounted, or visibly used
– Products damaged due to drilling, modification, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs
– Custom-made safes, special-order specifications, or custom color options
– Items with compromised security components such as damaged lock bolts, tampered keypads, scratched sensors, or altered wiring
– Sale items or gift cards

If you are unsure whether your safe qualifies for a return, please contact our support team for clarification.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in resaleable condition.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice enclosed.

Please include a short note on your invoice indicating one of the following reasons:

– Returned unused for refund
– Returned due to defect or damage

Failure to include the invoice and reason for return may delay your refund.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping if you have changed your mind about the product, ordered the wrong size/model, or minor variations in color finish typical of metal or powder-coated surfaces.

If free delivery was provided and the order is rejected or returned due to customer preference or incorrect ordering, the refund will cover the product value only, excluding the original shipping cost.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you need is to complete the return for the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, please place a new order for the replacement model.


Missing Items

If any accessories or parts are missing (e.g., keys, power cables, mounting hardware), we will open a claim with the courier immediately.
Courier investigations may take several weeks, but we aim to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Once confirmed lost by the courier, replacements will be shipped promptly.

If courier tracking shows the order as “delivered” (for example: front door, porch, garage, or reception) but you did not receive it, you must notify us within 24 hours via email.
We cannot accept phone calls as proof of claim.
If the courier confirms that delivery was completed, we may not be able to issue a refund, though we will assist in resolving the situation where possible.


Color Variations

Please note that metal finishes, paint coatings, and digital screens on safes may show slight variations in color or texture due to lighting, manufacturing batches, or material differences.
Refunds or returns cannot be processed solely due to minor finish variations.


Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.


VALINIRT Safe Returns

You may return any safe within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, uninstalled, and remains in its original packaging.
All returns are inspected by our warehouse team upon arrival.
If the safe is confirmed to be in good condition, the refund will be processed accordingly.

If free delivery was provided and the order is rejected or returned because the customer no longer wants the product or ordered the incorrect model, the refund will cover the product only.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We can provide a discounted return shipping label upon request, and the amount will be deducted from your refund.

Before returning, please send us photos of the safe and the packaging from all sides (top, bottom, and main body) and inform us of the reason for return.
Please wait for our confirmation before shipping.
Write your name and order number on each box. If you use your own return label, please send us the tracking number once shipped.

Please keep all packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts intact until we assist you.
We cannot issue replacements or refunds for damaged or incorrect items if the safe has been installed, mounted, drilled, or modified in any way.
All claims require the safe to remain in its original condition to allow us to resolve the issue efficiently.
